Channel Letters

Individually built, illuminated letters and logos — the standard for storefronts and building identification.

Channel letters are fabricated letter by letter: aluminum returns and backs, acrylic faces and LED illumination inside each letter. They are the most common storefront and building sign because they read clearly by day and glow at night, and because landlords and cities know exactly how to approve them.

Monument & Pylon Signs

Freestanding signs at the street: property identification, tenant panels and community entrances.

Monument signs sit low, on a masonry, stone or aluminum base, and identify a property, a community or a building from the street. Pylon signs go up on one or two poles and carry the tenant panels of a plaza or shopping center. Both are engineered structures: footings, wind load and electrical are part of the drawing and the permit.

Cabinet Signs

Enclosed, internally lit sign boxes with printed or push-through faces.

A cabinet sign is an aluminum box with an internally illuminated face — printed, cut vinyl, or acrylic push-through letters. It is the fastest way to put a full-color logo on a building or a pylon, and the faces can be replaced later without touching the structure, which makes cabinets the usual choice for tenant panels and rebrands.

Post & Panel Signs

Panels on one or two posts for construction sites, offices, directories and real estate.

The workhorse of construction and development: a printed or fabricated panel between aluminum or steel posts, installed in a day. Post and panel signs announce a project, identify an office, list a directory at the entrance of a center, or carry a 'coming soon' message until the permanent sign is up.

Flat Cut Letters

Solid letters and logos cut from aluminum, acrylic or PVC — non-illuminated, clean, architectural.

Flat cut letters are cut from solid material — aluminum, acrylic, stainless steel or PVC — and mounted flush or on standoffs. Without illumination they rely on material, finish and depth for presence, which is why architects specify them for lobbies, corporate facilities and buildings where the sign should look like part of the architecture.

Some signs are part of the design of the space: an illuminated logo behind a reception desk, a blade sign projecting from a facade, a dimensional element on a feature wall, a lounge identity at an airport. ADA & Stairway Signage

Code-required room, restroom, stair and level identification with tactile text and braille.

Every commercial building needs ADA-compliant signs at permanent rooms and spaces: restrooms, exam rooms, stairs, floor levels, exits and mechanical rooms. They must meet specific rules for tactile characters, braille, contrast, mounting height and location — and inspectors check them before a certificate of occupancy is issued. We produce complete ADA packages for new construction and tenant improvements, in materials that match the interior.

Once a property is built, people and vehicles need to be told where to go: entrance and exit, drop-off, visitor parking, clearance height, speed limit, do not enter. We fabricate and install directional and regulatory signage for parking garages, campuses, car washes, communities and roadways — on posts, walls, ceilings and pavement — in reflective and non-reflective materials as the application requires.

Coming soon banner on a storefront

Banners

Printed banners for openings, construction fences, events and temporary identification.

While the permanent sign is in permitting, a banner does the job: 'coming soon' on the storefront, the project and the general contractor on the construction fence, an event or a promotion on the facade. We print, finish and install banners with grommets, pole pockets or frames, sized for the site and for Florida wind.
