What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive what you type in it: your name, company, email address, phone number, the project address and details, and any files you attach (drawings, photos, site plans). When you call or email us, we keep the message and your contact details.

Why we collect it

To prepare your quote, answer your question and, if you become a client, to manage your project. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to info@signworks-usa.com and handled by our team in Boca Raton. Attachments are stored with the request. If we need a subcontractor or supplier to price part of your project, we share only what they need to price it.

Measurement and cookies

This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors use it and how our advertising performs. These tools set cookies and collect technical information (pages visited, device type, approximate location). They are used only for measurement; you can block cookies in your browser at any time and the site will keep working.

Payments

Invoice payments are processed by MX Merchant on their secure portal. We do not store card numbers on this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@signworks-usa.com and we will answer from our office. If you attached files to a request and want them removed, tell us which request and we will delete them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
